Implanted in peace on a ground of 1200m ² sported with a vegetable garden providing according to the season of pleasant vegetables to consume with delight.

the garden level with its 60 m² dormitory space (a 160 cm bed and two 90 cm beds) a TV lounge, its dressing room, its shower room and a WC opening onto a terrace sheltered by a trellis facing the swimming pool.
plus a bedroom with a 140 bed and bathroom.
the first level will reveal the luminous charm of its 80 m²
with large bay windows opening onto a 30 m² covered and heated terrace facing south facing the swimming pool where you can take your meals and stroll in the evening, this terrace is an extension of the living room and the kitchen, it also overlooks the garden
These 80 m² include a dining room, a welcoming lounge with piano, an electronic organ, fireplace and chess table, backgammon, poker, gin rummy etc ... and its superb open kitchen facing south,
then the right staircase will take you to the music and television reading room,
and on the other side the staircase on the left will lead you to the 3 bedrooms with bathroom.
In front of the house a parking space closed by the electric gate allows to park between 3 and 4 cars.
Our house is located 5 minutes from local shops 20 minutes from the beaches of Biarritz, Anglet, 20 minutes from the center of Bayonne, and close to the airport.
Its location on the golf course will allow you to walk to the green, the driving range or the club restaurant.
