If you have allergies to dog hair, this may not be the best place to stay. I understand that the hotel is pet-friendly; however, our room had a noticeable dog odor and there was dog hair on the carpet. Additionally, the staff member serving breakfast did not appear to have a welcoming attitude. He was tossing the plates on the counter rather than handing them directly to guests, which did not feel very courteous.

The room was very clean, bed was comfortable. We had a whirlpool suite and the tub was quite old, clean but def needs replacing soon. We were very disappointed in the pool/hot tub. Pool was very cloudy, top had a film. Hot tub was clear but very old. The whole hotel was clean, but looked much older than it did in the pictures. Check in was easy, people were nice- but we were disappointed and had expected more.

Enjoyed the restaurant/bar. Had good food and a nice atmosphere. The rest was average. It wasn’t bad, but nothing great either. Had a nice big king bed room and a little tiny chair. Everything was clean and neat. Staff were all nice. So no complaints.

Staff was VERY friendly!! Amenities great, except wish that the jets worked on the hot tub. Would be a great place because as i talked to people at the hotel, most were there to ski and after a day of skiing a relaxing hot tub with jets would definitely help peoples aches from the slopes
