Communication was very good. Key pick up was easy. The room was very clean and was super cute and had a log cabin feel to it. Amenities worked perfectly. I totally recommend this place and will stay there again if needed.

The cabins and staff at Pinecrest were awesome. Our cabin was ready early, and they had a really easy check in process. The cabins are along a very pretty river with a waterfall. We did not bring our dog, but we saw other guests with their pets on the property, which is a really great option to have. The property was icy, but we were prepared for that making sure to bring the correct vehicle. The weather when we were there brought Highwinds, so the staff made sure to reach out each night and warn us of the possibility of a power outage (Which never happened) And made sure that we had enough blankets and were appropriately prepared. There is a grocery store in town, which was great. For dinner, we went to Parker pie Company, which was about 10 minutes away. For breakfast, we went to carriage house, which was also about 10 minutes away. Both places were very delicious. The cabin was warm. The shower was warm and we have no complaints about the accommodations. We will be back to visit again!

While the weather didn’t cooperate, the cabin was perfect for our “ski” vacation. Pine Crest did a great job keeping us aware of the ice storm and checking in during a couple days of rough weather. Will definitely stay here again, it was a great home base for our family of 4.
