The pool was cold, the hot tub didn’t have water in it, our first room the TV didn’t work, the second room the phone didn’t work, and the bathroom handle was not clean. There were cobwebs in the corners of the room.

The staff was great and the room was large with a nice shower. Bad points: The usb charger did not work. The "free breakfast" was a scam. It was a donut, bagel, or piece of toast. This was located in front of where they cook breakfast to order (for a price, of course). I bought the breakfast. Don't do that, they do not know how to cook.

The bed and pillows was very uncomfortable bed too hard pillows too soft shower caulking in several places was loose needs redone And you could hear people very easily going in and out of otherrooms
