Unacceptable Check-In Experience – Request for Follow-Up
I was scheduled to check in at 4:00 PM, but upon arriving at 7:00 PM, I was informed that my room was still not ready. This delay is completely unacceptable. I would like Expedia to reach out to the hotel management to clarify the reason behind this issue. Shortage of staff should not be considered an acceptable excuse, especially when I paid a substantial amount for a one-night stay.
I had expected some form of compensation for the inconvenience, but all I received was a dry apology. The staff was noticeably discourteous, and the entire situation reflected a clear lack of coordination.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I hope appropriate action will be taken to address this issue.
