Hotel Canadiense in Barranquilla

If you are adventurous and don't mind a hotel that needs repairs in their rooms, then this hotel has very nice staff that try their hardest to make your stay pleasant. My room needed a new paint job on the walls and had a large hole in the shower, but my towels and sheets were clean. They don't recommend that you walk around the area at night, but during the day it is just fine. However, there are no restaurants to speak of so you have to leave the neighborhood. If your starving, the hotel does have a restaurant for a quick bite.

It is cheap!

Not a nice neighbourhood, really noisy, we arrived by night and thought we made a mistake. But no, small old room, smelly and not so clean. The receptionist did a good job with what he had.
