How can you place a room directly above a reception hall where parties are going on until four in the morning, I was literally sleeping with Bad Bunny by my side. The property should’ve at least warned me of this issue. Instead, it was impossible to sleep and I could assure you I have a rock solid sleep, clearly this is not something new for this property, and they should address it in a polite manner. Leaving a guest to injure such loud and rumbling music is simply insulting to say the least.

The architecture and overall ambiance. The staff are friendly, but some services are slow considering that there are plenty of hands on deck. There are a few esthetic/functional problems in the bathroom (i.e., safety handle was broken, the faucet was crooked), and no tissue box.
