I really enjoyed my stay. All the staff were really friendly and were considerate of my basic Spanish. Too many to mention but the bar staff, restaurant staff, receptionists, cleaners and security were helpful. Between us and the use of Google translate, we got by. A good location for walking to the Buenavista shopping centres and getting a taxi to anywhere else. I’d be happy to stay again. Thanks.

Don’t ever expect the staff here to pick up the phone under any circumstances. Hilton honors, Expedia, and myself could not get a hold of the property. It wasn’t until check-in that I was told there was nothing they can do to change my booking and I lost a day that I had to pay for.
