I really don’t understand why this place gets so many negative reviews. People need to learn how to read and maybe they won’t struggle so much with the checking in lol. I stayed here for 10 days and everything was great! Rooms are luxurious, spacious and clean. Staff are lovely and the location is great! My only down is the pool not being deep enough but other than that I’m very very happy and I’d like to say thanks!

Dealing with customer service over the phone is a nightmare. I didn't get an email with my passcode to get in, and when I did it wouldn't work. The very next day, I had to call again since they deactivated my code for some reason. Honestly, even some other Spaniards were frustrated with the virtual reception system, a few even waited hours to get into the lobby itself. Yes, the rooms are fair for the price and the bathrooms are lovely, but the customer service is so awful that it didn't feel worth it at the end.

Would stay again

20 minutes from the Circuit de Catalunya and Barcelona so ideal for our stay. Roof top dip pool and solarium. Rooms great, comfortable beds and cleaners efficient. A real Spanish town- don’t expect a full English breakfast but enjoy the local laid back and friendly town. Only one Parking space at 10 euros per night which we took. No easy Parking in the town.

Nice location.

The hotel is situated in a pleasant location. I would recommend car hire, no free carparking. The hotel is very pretty however the reception area is very dark. The room was large and spacious needs a few added touches. The reception staff are not very welcoming. A cheery smile and welcome wouldn't go a miss. Just a few details that would make this lovely little hotel even more appealing.

A bed for the night but little else

We arrived late at 9pm there was little in the way of an introduction to the hotel or its facilities, and certainly no welcome pack. there were no instructions on how to operate the safe and the restaurant food was pedestrian at best. Which was a shame as we so wanted to relax after a day in Barcelona. We hadn't realised that the hotel was in fact so far from the city and the airport. It cost €90 for a taxi from the airport, but there are regular buses into the city costs €4 and another €4 for the metro with a journey time of approx of an hour. That said it was good to escape the bustling city after an exhausting day sightseeing. The decor is dated, and room furnishings underwhelming although bathroom was large and very good. We didnt discover the rooftop pool until the final day. Again there are opportunities for the hotel to provide more information up front
