Beautiful apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen and a bathroom, fully equipped.Located in the center of Mataró, 5-10 minutes walk from the beach and the train stationIt is equipped with a full kitchen (microwave, refrigerator, washer-dryer, iron, hob, coffee maker and all necessary utensils for cooking) and a kitchen living room with table chairs sofa beds for two and TV.It has high speed Wifi.Includes sheets and towels, for all guests.AccommodationIt is excellently connected to Barcelona by a direct train link (line R1).
Perfect for couples, families and friends, leisure, work or study.25 km from Barcelona and 30 km from the Costa Brava (10-15 minutes walk from the station, trains every 5 minutes).Recently built apartment.The apartment is in the center of La Riera 88 street, considered the best street in this city, 5-10 minutes walk from the beach and the train station.Pedestrian zone where you can find fashion shops, cafes and restaurants.Possibility of taking a parking space in the same building with an additional cost of 15 euros per dayHOUSE RULES - Upon arrival, all persons in the reservation must identify themselves by showing their identity document. - It is not allowed to accommodate or invite more people than those registered when making the reservation. - It is forbidden to perform noisy activities (music, loud conversations ...).
