Located in the bohemian Gracia neighborhood, just a 10-minute walk from the Eixample, you will be able to enjoy a new and modern living space in a historic neighborhood. It is brand new, can accommodate up to 5 guests, has two full bathrooms and has been tastefully furnished to be both comfortable and functional.

This apartment sleeps up to five guests. On the ground floor there is a large open living and dining area with an open plan, fully equipped kitchen and full bathroom. There is a large pull-out sofa that sleeps 2 and a fold-out chaise lounge that comfortably sleeps 1. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with a double bed and another full bathroom. The large floor-to-ceiling windows allow ample natural light into the apartment. The building is brand new and has all new fixtures and features. The space has been tastefully furnished and is both comfortable and functional. There is a fast fiber-optic Wi-Fi connection that is ideal for both business travelers or for vacation.

Barcelona-a-go-go...please-go

I've been to Barcelona a number of times before, but the first time renting an apartment. The location was far from the congested tourist areas...and yet easily accessible and in a location that had plenty of local restaurants and shops. We were walking distance from La Sagrada, Parc Guell and major shopping avenues. We were surprised at the number of tourists at this time in the city...and very glad of our location and renting a space that was larger than a standard hotel room. The proprietor met us at the apartment and showed us the unit. The apartment was spotless and a very comfortable split level....bedroom upstairs with 2 complete baths (one on each floor). We enjoyed having the kitchen to make our own breakfast but ate lunch and dinner out based on the great recommendations of restaurants throughout Barcelona by our host. Our host even arranged for taxi service back to the airport on our last day...and the car was waiting outside on time. We would truly recommend and do this again and hopefully will have the opportunity to visit Barcelona again in the near future.
