The check-in process was quick and smooth, which I appreciated. The room was quite small, and the television was very small as well, which made it a bit uncomfortable for resting. On the positive side, the room was very clean, and housekeeping did a good job maintaining cleanliness. However, I was disappointed to find that the bathroom did not have toilet paper upon arrival. When I requested it, I was told that I had to go downstairs to get it myself. I believe toilet paper is a basic and essential item that should always be provided in the room, and having to go downstairs to get it was inconvenient. Overall, the stay was acceptable for a short visit, but this issue affected my overall experience and should definitely be improved.

Room was clean with a comfortable bed. We had a good night rest. Great value for the money. The location is close to metro and restaurants. This is a hostel so you may not find every amenity but it is a good place to stay for the budget.

Literally 3 minute walk from train station. Good area,with lots of good restaurants, an elenentary school. Hotel is clean, room was small, simple but very clean and comfy. Really nice open dining area!

It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The check-in staff was friendly and there was a dining area with food and drink options. Convenient to the Sants train station and to dining.

Had a great stay at Hostel Sans, fantastic location near Plaça Espanya and a nice clean room with a small balcony. I was on the first floor and could slightly hear the metro underneath but ear plugs made it fine. Only suggestion for improvement is a bar fridge. Highly recommended.
