The Las Arenas shopping centre is just a few metres from the apartment where you will find more than 100 shops, a cinema and many dining options.

The building is completely renovated with a modern style, while at the same time maintaining the Catalan and traditional vaulted ceilings.
The dining room has a sofa, a flat-screen television, a dining table with chairs and provides access to a terrace equipped with sun loungers, a table and outdoor chairs
The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle for tea, dishwasher and washing machine.
The first bedroom is equipped with two single beds and the second bedroom has a single bed.
