The floors were black from lack of cleaning and led me to check for bed bugs and they were confirmed. I spoke with Nacho at front desk and was informed they were sold out. Bar and restaurant area looked great I have photo of towel that I used to clean the floors.

So for being a upscale hotel it was dirty in the room. Bathroom floors need to be recaulked. We walked the town and it was in a good location. Staff is great. Breakfast was lacking refills of milk and didn't offer regular coffee.

The room itself was very modern, with twin beds, tea-making facilities, and a clever Bluetooth system that played music from speakers in both the room and bathroom — a great touch. The only downside was the sliding bathroom door, which was quite stiff and difficult to use

There were too many people at reception. The other staff were distracting the check in people because I think they were being trained? I don’t know but it took forever to check in and it was annoying! Their English was ok but too many people standing around doing nothing!
