The perfect location

Pros: Position, cleanliness, helpful staff, close to most of Gaudi's works.
Cons: the bathroom area could be improved. Add a hanger in the bathroom for the clothes, maybe a shelf for the towels-same for the sink in the room.
Location: Walking to Casa Battlo, Casa Mila (La Pedrosa) or Sagrada Familia. Gracia City (uphill) with small local shops Pl. Catalunya and the old city.
Perfect location at 5 min from Gaudi's Casa Mila, 15 min from Casa Batllo and 20 min from Sagrada Familia just by walking. Close to many restaurants and small eateries, 30 min away from the Old City walking on the beautiful Av de Gracia, close to Metro station (Diagonal) and to Hop-on Hop-off busses (Casa Mila). Very quiet location, beautiful terrace at the back of the house, very helpful staff, clean and comfortable. Certainly would recommend to others. The only things to improve (maybe) is to arrange a hanger or a shelf in the bathroom for the clothes and towels, and the same in the room, where the sink is - and that's the only think I didn't like, having to wash or to shave in the room rather then into the bathroom-but that is overpowered by a lot of other good things. My overall rating would be a 4.6 out of 5.
