Was offered an upgrade to the club level at $55 per day for 4 days. Was the charged almost $300 for the 4 days. Was told we would get free drinks all day on the 5th floor. Free drinks was only wine and beer from 5-7pm. Lots of false advertising. Was supposed to get turn down service. Never received turn down service. One day we also didn't get housekeeping and had to request housekeeping. 2 30 minute massages were provided and the massage therapist was excellent.

The rooms were exceptionally clean. All the staff was wonderful. The airport. Shuttle was fantastic. And the pool was absolutely amazing. This is the only place I’ll ever stay at what I’m visiting. Santiago.

The hotel is nice and conveniently located, however it is old. Due to this, the acoustics isolation of the rooms is terrible. If you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful stay, this is definitely not the place. At the first room I stayed, I experienced 2 rooms in the same hall that had very loud music on. No one at the hotel is looking after this. The hotel has a casino so there is some prostitution going on. The room next to mine had a female prostitute called in and I could hear all the heavy activity going on as if it was in my room. A family with kids could have been in my place. I had to request a room change. The new room was an improvement, however I was moved to a room with a window next to the pool where loud music was being played on a daily basis so a quiet time was hard to get during my stay.

It’s a very nice place to stay, every staff was great always nice and making sure you’re good. The pool area is super chill, the gym got just what you need to stay right and the food is delicious!

Hodelpa was great! Without prior asking we found their transport van at the airport and hopped on without issue (free shuttle). Rooms were very nice , spacey (though I did have the bigger room) and their pool and spa was great. Food was delicious - the AM breakfast was free but dinner was American prices $$$. Free massage chairs were amazing. Easily walkable to pharmacies , eateries, and shop centers

I really enjoyes Everything from the staff and how they all espere very professional, always charismatic, excelente servicio, on time in picking me up from the Airport and taking me to the AirPort. I stood two nights when I got there and I si lo es my stay that I stood one night before leaving the country. The most important thing is that my child fell safe and comfortable. Pedro and Katherine Alba were the best in their service to us during breakfast. God Bless you all
