The hotel is located leas than 5 minutes from Baños. Looks like a castle when you first enter it’s gates, with a beautiful garden to your right. They have a ton in the game room and the rooms are spacious. Missed out on breakfast, although it is included… we overslept. Check in was easy and quick, just know there will be a small service charge for using card. Overall very nice stay.

This place is spectacular! Our stay was very pleasant. The hostess at the front desk (the Venezuelan guy, I'm really sorry I forgot his name) was very friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast was outstanding and delicious. I would have love to stay here more time. Definitely I will go back and highly recommend it. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

This hotel is even better than on photographs. One of the most memorable hotels of all our travels. Lots of attention to detail, made with love. It is under active volcano that we could see from our balcony. Clean property, helpful friendly staff. Great location on the way to swings, flight of the condor, luna volcano spa, bellavista viewpoint. Only $2 taxi to get to city center. Highly recommended!

Unbelivably beautiful

The grounds and architecture are stunning. Stained glass windows all around. A great play room with pool table, ping pong, and foosball. The owners could not be more charming. Dinner in the resturaunt was made to order (no menu) and fabulous. Complimentary breakfast also excellent. Great place to bring kids perhaps even better for a getaway without them. Views of the active, snow-capped volcano are spectacular.

Great Hotel but you need a car

We chose up go last minute, on a long holiday weekend so understandably there was not a lot of choices in town. This hotel was perfect. Friendly people, great breakfast, good rooms.

Great place to stay in Banos!

We loved staying in this hotel, the gardens are amazing, the rooms very spacious and clean. The best of all was the huge and delicious breakfast included, the hotel location was very convenient, walking distance to good restaurants and no too close to the laud downtown. Going to the downtown a short drive ride. Paul was very helpful answering any questions and needs.

Wonderful experience

There were about 15 of us that stayed here (3 families) in various rooms. Beautiful nature location. Amazingly kind staff. Delicious breakfast (sad they only provided breakfast and not lunch/dinner). Fun game room. Cozy/charming rooms. Only complain is the hot water isn't consistent.

Great hotel, great view!

When we got there we were offered a family suite because we were a group of 8 (we had originally booked two rooms). We thought that was very nice of them! Great view of Baños and the volcano that was nearby.

Magical Mystery Tour

It felt like we were living in a cross between a miniature golf course and Willy Wonkaland. Very clean, very nice, very unique, but also a bit remote. In short, if you want to stay someplace unlike anyone you know has ever stayed before, this is the place for you! Very different, but cool experience. AMAZING breakfast of fresh fruit, eggs, juices, pancakes, you name it!
