This homey condo has everything you need for your group to settle in and get comfortable. After a long day on the mountain, guests can set their wet clothes directly into the private washer/dryer. Pop in a DVD or get right to work cooking up something tasty in the full kitchen (complete with two breakfast bars). If you'd like a refreshing soak, head down to the shared indoor hot tub and pool. Guests will be allowed access to both throughout their stay!

Set right in the heart of Sugar Mountain, guests will only be three miles away from the Sugar Mountain Ski Resort. But the surrounding area also features Grandfather Mountain, Rough Ridge Lookout, Linville Caverns, and more! If you need help deciding what to do, Edge of the World Adventures in Banner Elk (just under six miles from the condo) has plenty of options. For a less intense but still fun time, go searching for semi-precious stones at Sugar Greek Gem Mining just over three miles away.

* During any high peak time, renters have to park in the lower lots and be shuttled up to the top. Guests are allowed to load and unload at the building before parking in the lower lots if they prefer, especially during high peak times and holidays. Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, Fourth of July, Highland Games, Willy worm festival, Land of Oz. Parking up top is for owners or with approval from Sugar Top Resort. Sugar Top Resort makes these decisions based on the occupancy.
