Upon arriving, it was nearly impossible to find our unit. They are not marked properly & very hard to find. There is NO signage directing you to units & no office to ask. AND...it would have been nice to have been told that there was work going on, w/steps being torn out. We also did not know there was no AC :( The fan/lights in the bedrooms came on AUTOMATICALLY by themselves in the middle of the night. Quite disturbing. The kitchen is very poorly stocked. It was raining when we left & it appears that the outside ceiling is about to cave in as it was holding lots of water & bowing downward. We did have plenty of hot water & water pressure. We had to call to find out the internet procedure (underneath the bar of all places on the router). Our balcony view was very nice; but, only 2 chairs. The facility itself is much older than it appears in photos & needs updating & in overall very poor condition. The outside carpet is peeling up & easily tripped over. AND.....if there were smoke detectors in our unit, we sure never saw them.....very BAD safety hazard!
