Very small boutique property in the middle of nowhere. Great staff. Great views. But limited activities around, no other restaurants or shops outside the property for miles… so great for one or two nights relaxation away from the busiest part of Bali !!!

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Restaurant au TOP ! Le chef est vraiment digne d’un hôtel 5 étoiles, tout comme le service en salle. Concernant notre séjour, nous l’avons raccourci et ne sommes restés qu’une seule nuit. Le service hôtelier n’est pas un 5 étoiles. Ce n’est pas un lieu « paisible et serein ». L’accueil à l’arrivée n’a pas été à l’image de ce que nous avons vécu dans deux autres hôtels 5 * de Bali juste avant. Quand nous avons directement fait part de notre sentiment de malaise, la manager a décidé de faire un upgrade de notre chambre. Le personnel de l’accueil a changé d’attitude suite à une probable remarque générale. Cela n’a rien changé à notre sentiment. Alors que nous sommes nageurs, nous n’avons pas été dans la piscine. Aucune envie de déballer nos valises. Nous avons immédiatement réservé un fastboat de retour vers Bali pour le lendemain matin. Notre avis personnel - même si les fonds marins semblent être très beaux, cela ne vaut vraiment pas la peine de séjourner à Nusa Penida si votre séjour à Bali n’est que de 2-3 semaines…. - De la part de 2 touristes du monde…
