House was perfect for our stay. Quiet small residential area. Like a tardis inside. Big rooms upstairs and downstairs, but very comfortable. We enjoyed the house and we're glad to be able to wash our clothes since we were on a 14 day vacation and this stay was in the middle. He has some tea and coffee and milk in the fridge. Matt worked with us when VRBO and us had a snag in our reservation. We were able to cook a couple dinners in the kitchen. He also has an iron which was helpful since we were there for a wedding and needed it.
