Passed in my keys at 3.30 for a flight which got cancelled during boarding. Called into the front desk who said I could come back and get a few more hours of sleep and extended check out by an hour. 1st-Stop lying about the amenities this hotel has! There is NO restaurant or pool but despite being told this over many years you continue to say it has these amenities. You aren’t the one on the receiving end of the angry customers who paid for the amenities that HAVEN’T EXISTED FOR YEARS!! 2nd-they are NOT set up for online check in so I wasted my time filling this all in when I could have been on the road to my family after experiencing a death in the family
