The Gym needs maintance as the exercise mulit purpose weight machine dosen't work because all the cables are broken and the 2 treadmill machines are broken and don't work and the air condition dosen't work in the gym and needs a lot of cleaning . I spoke to receptionist but no progress had been made to fix everything after a while of staying there . The rooms were are okay

Nice, clean hotel far from downtown Bangkok

A very clean hotel with excellent staff. The downside to this hotel was the amount that noise travels in the hallways. We were woken up every night of our stay by guests slamming doors or talking loudly in the hallways. Otherwise a very good experience

I want our refund for the stay at NY City Resort and Spa reasons there isn't any Resort and Spa facilities, staffs have lauange problems no one speak English and felt isolated, furthermore hotel have serious issues I am stressing that that hotel is experiances Health and Safety breach, worst expereance in all my traveal, there are other more serious issues, if you like to discuss then contact me. Absolut nödlösning. Undvik.

VÀnlig personal som verkade förstÄ engelska hyfsat. Frukosten öppnade kl 06.00. Det Àr det enda positiva med hotellet. Frukostbuffén var asiatisk, men det fanns rostat bröd, te och marmelad. Man krÀvde kontant betalning, inga kort accepterades!! Man hÀnvisades till en nÀrbelÀgen ATM, men de hade ingen vÀxel att ge tillbaka pÄ de 1000-lappar man fick frÄn ATMen. Hur osmidiga som helst. Visa av erfarenhet frÄn gÄrdagen bad vi om taxi till kl 06.30 nÀr vi gick till frukost 06.00 för att ta ett tidigt plan. Det gick inte. Vi mÄste först Àta frukost, sÄ att vi var klara. Taxin dröjde 15 minuter, men det tog Ànnu lÀngre tid att checka ut eftersom de bara tog kontanter och saknade vÀxelkassa. Oacceptabelt! Kommer aldrig ÄtervÀnda till detta hotell.
