Hotel Description

A family-friendly stay in Canggu awaits you at Eden The Residence at The Sea Seminyak. You'll be 0.3 km (0.2 mi) from Seminyak Beach and 3.1 km (1.9 mi) from Seminyak Square.

All 46 villas feature flat-screen TVs with digital channels, and you can enjoy free WiFi, balconies or patios, and dining areas. Kitchens come equipped with refrigerators and stovetops, and room service is also available. You'll find nice touches like soaking tubs, rainfall showerheads, and free toiletries to enhance your stay. Sitting areas, private yards, and separate bathtubs and showers are also available.

Pros: Amazing architecture with great space and pool. Loved the white concept and furniture. Try Mozaic restaurant 5min by foot you won't be disappointed!
Cons: General feeling that the villa has aged and needs maintenance as well as thorough cleaning as the white concept doesn't forgive any imperfection.

Pros: Loved the layout of the villa. Great for relaxing and entertaining. Massages available at good prices in your villa.
Cons: Building going on in front. Noisy if in front villa. Needed a lot of minor things fixed and being all white looked dirty even though it wasn't.

Facilities: Typical, Needs bit upgrading ; Value: Fair price, Reasonable; Cleanliness: Poor, Lacking, Clean but looked dirty ; We loved it as each day it looked better but initially looks dirty because of white stone used and staining.

Pros: Service by the staff was incredible, especially the meals they prepare for the cost of the groceries only!
Cons: Initial impression when approaching down the driveway. Don't be put off by this, once you reach reception and the villas it is all incredible.

In accordance with local regulations, all visitors must remain within the property during Seclusion Day (Nyepi)/Hindu New Year for a 24-hour period (starting at 6 AM). Seclusion Day typically falls in March or April (dates subject to change each year). Check-in and check-out will not be possible on that date. Ngurah Rai Airport (Bali International Airport) is also closed on Seclusion Day.
