The lobby and my room was clean. Fresh linen and towels. The AC in my room took sometime before it can cool the room-it was old. Cable TV was fine. Breakfast buffet had limited choices but fairly decent. The staff were receptive and friendly. Location was convenient for shopping and eating. However, there were sightings of roaches from the wood panels in my room -they need to address that. Overall, I would come back & book with them again.

Facilities

1. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. When we got there the room is not available yet so we waited for about 20 mins after 2pm. 2. The digibox cable is not working on the first day so we asked the frontdesk to send someone to fix it and the maintenance changed the digibox. 3. On the 2nd day, the cable again is not working and had to change the TV now. 4. On the 3rd day the tv and the cable is not working at all and the have to change it the whole tv and digibox again! 5. We cannot connect to wifi, plus there's a username password which the frontdesk keeps saying the wrong info. In their website says FREE WIFI but we were not able to use the wifi. Because they do not know the USERNAME and PASSWORD of the ASUS ROUTER. 6. Regardless, the buffet food is okay.
