Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The staff and guest relations personnel are excellent. They are very hard-working people who deserves recognition performing their work at this hotel. I will always come back and will stay at this hotel whenever I am visiting Bacolod.
I like that it is near the road and good air conditioning, the staff are good also.
What i did not like are so many which are;
Flies inside the room.
The outside is storage which can be seen in the window, and it is an eyesore.
The heater is not working.
No bidet faucet in CR.
The main door has only 1 key and no key for the dead lock.
Towel seems to old.
The location is great, close to alot of shopping and restaurants! The staff at the front desk and bar are awesome, friendly and helpful!
If you eat at the bar and not familiar with local dishes and want to go with what you know, the Spamlette and Kimchi Fried Rice is a must have any day of the week. Nice assortment of beverages!
The room where I stay was perfect, clean with cable and wifi which worked great! Plenty of hot water and Aircon! They are small rooms which is good, if you came here to hibernate you should have stayed home. It is a must see area and this play is smack in the middle!
Enjoy!

wonders
It was an ok room except the fact that you can hear everyone in their rooms and their conversations. What i thought was a solid wall turned out to be a thin plywood board and almost leaned on it with my weight. If i had i would have put my hand through to the next room. Doors and locks were really flimsy. With a little force you could probably push the door apart and gain entry.
