Hotels with Indoor Pools in Ayia Napa

The resort itself is absolutely stunning. The decor, facilities and amenities are incredible, and you can really see the level of care that goes into maintaining everything. The attention given to the sunbeds, They are deep-cleaned every morning. They use a carpet-cleaning machine on them every day, which I thought was an excellent touch. A few members of staff really stood out and helped make our stay feel extra special: Arturo from the restaurant team, Ramzy from the porters team, and Violetta from Guest Relations. All three were incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful, and their service really made a difference. The breakfast is delicious, with a huge variety, and our room was spacious and comfortable. We also had our own private pool, which we spent most of our time enjoying. I appreciated how easy it was to access both the private pool and the main pool directly from our room, giving us the flexibility to enjoy either depending on what we fancied. We were also celebrating two special occasions during our stay. Unfortunately, these weren’t picked up on at the time, despite having been mentioned before and during check-in. The team were very apologetic once this was mentioned and arranged a surprise for us in the room a few days later, which we really appreciated. One thing worth bearing in mind is that is a lively resort with DJs playing every day. Excellent location on top of a beautiful beach, could use some refurbishing in some areas and additional offerings for the breakfast, however all in all a great choice for holidays.
