Our sink stayed stopped up. Roaches in bathroom area. Rust and mold/ dust all over the bathroom area. Room dehumidifier was not attended before stay and staff were not at all eager to help with anything. They almost seemed annoyed. Except for the gentleman who checked us out. He was nice

The bathroom was full of black mold. We were moved to another room and that tube had mold all around it and on the floor. We asked for a refund and went to another hotel. Desk clerk did not give me any cancellation paperwork or any documentation. She said Expedia would be sending me an email confirming my refund. Still waiting for Expedia to confirm my refund.

The maid service was terrible! Didn’t do anything but take trash! Never once cleaned anything!! The floor was awful!!NEVER SWEPT 3 days we were there! Didn’t refill the coffee station with ANYTHING! Never made the bed! The towels the two we had they would take when they emptied the trash and didn’t get the two back until almost 4 in the afternoon! The worst part was they didn’t restock toilet paper and the toilet made a whistling noises all night bc it leaks out and fills back up!! I wouldn’t recommend it for no one!

The breakfast is good (small but good). The walls in the room had splatter of something gooey on them and the ceiling was peeling. It was good for the price, but the gunk on the walls were nasty.

The room had a whole wall that looks like somebody had been thrown into several times , and they attempted to patch the drywall .. The pool , which is one of the reasons for picking the place was green our whole stay.. did t look any better the morning we left… We were given 2 towels.. one for each of us! Hope you don’t need one for your hair too!! Breakfast was very limited.. just the bare necessities.

The staff was friendly some wasn’t . They need to remodel those rooms when I saw the roaches I checked out immediately mold around the sink and bath tub big hole in the ceiling big hole under the door I was told to put a towel underneath the door this place living conditions are not acceptable . Rust was on everything that was supposed to be stainless steel I had to dump water from the sink because once you use the stopper it doesn’t release to let the water out I will be contacting BBB and everything else to report this place. These people are taking our money with false information and pictures on their site.

The poorest "quality" of hotels!

The bathroom was in the most deplorable condition! Mold was grinning through every inch of the caulking used to try to disguise it in the tub. Another thing is that my family and I had to endure the sweltering heat from the high temperatures on that weekend inside our suite. Our a/c unit was bellowing like a gas lawnmower when we turned it on. I politely complained to the front desk and the guy said there was nothing he could do.
