Single-family home in Avalon—walk to beach and town

Park your car and walk or bike to the best of what Avalon has to offer—just two blocks to the beach and two to the bay. Stroll to shops, restaurants, ice cream, mini-golf, coffee shops, bakeries, Wawa, Avalon Supermarket, the playground, and the boardwalk.

The first floor has the living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry, plus one bedroom and a full bath. The second floor has another full bath, plus three more bedrooms: one queen with an attached deck; one queen; and one with a full bed and set of twin bunks.

The outside area is home to a dining set with umbrella, a gas grill, and an outdoor shower. There’s also a shed for bike and beach chair storage.

The house is available for Saturday-Saturday weekly rentals *only* from early June to early September; weekly, partial weekly and weekend rentals (or longer!) offered from early September through early June. Perfect for weddings, tournaments, holidays, and family celebrations.

This house has a long rental history with many happy, repeat visitors.

We loved our time there

We had a great stay at this property and would rent again! Great location, straight walk to the beach and super close to Dune St where all the shops/restaurants are!

Perfect Avalon Stay

The location is excellent and the house extremely comfortable with all the amenities you can ask for. My family stayed for a long weekend to celebrate their wedding anniversary and it could not have been more convenient. Easy access to the heart of Avalons business district. Quick walk to the beach with boardwalk access. It managed to fit everyone’s needs. Kimberly is a wonderful host and very easy with communication and clarification of all house instructions. Would book again.
