Properly was very "lived in." Broken fixtures, chunk of cabinet missing, board that covers bathroom sink was off and leaning up against the wall. The worst thing was the pillows smelled TERRIBLE like a dude's B.O. I even laundered the pillow cases, but the problem was the pillows themselves- I hope they discard those, I literally had to ball up a quilt from the closet and use it as a pillow the entire 10-day trip.
That being said- amazing location near waterfront, bars, and lobby coffeeshop/bar! Rooftop pool is excellent!
