We stayed for one night due to an early morning flight and found the location to be extremely convenient. The Pullman is a beautifully presented hotel, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. The room was immaculate, thoughtfully laid out, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable and couldn't not believe how quiet it was due being at the Airport The hotel offers 24-hour room service, as well as an onsite restaurant and bar, making it unnecessary to leave the property once checked in. The airport is conveniently located just a two to three-minute walk away, with car rental facilities equally close and easily accessible. We would highly recommend the Pullman and would certainly stay again in the future

Loved our stay here. Room was big and very comfortable. Big bath with walk-in shower and a separate toilet room. Always appreciated! Great breakfast with plenty of variety and options. Best of all, it was a 5 minute walk to the international terminal when we flew out the next day. Would recommend to anyone needing to stay the night before a flight or upon arriving.

Very clean. Front desk staff were very courteous and friendly. Hotel restaurant was a bit over priced vs quality. It was good, but wasn’t as spectacular as the price and advertising made it sound. Could use a more casual evening food option for tired travelers. Proximity to the Auckland airport and ride share area was great.
