The location was excellent and the hotel is obviously new. There were some noise issues as we could hear containers being lifted off trucks next door. The extractor fan in the bathroom was also extremely noisey and we woken early as the person above us was getting ready to leave at 5.30am :-(

Rooms were clean, although a bit basic. You could hear guests walking around above us. Staff were lovely and the breakfast was just right. Location was perfect for a stopover. Using the shuttle bus from the airport cost us NZ$16 for 2 and we had to wait half an hour and there were no seats left. It may be better to use uber.
