Everything was great, comfy beds, great room service, awesome front of house, lots of options for food, the only fault was the parking - we were notified first in first serve but the tight parking spaces made us quite anxious that we didn’t want to park at risk of damaging our rental. Also at check in we were told there was no fee to park there as it was first in first serve, then on checkout were asked how many days we parked there and it was $20 a day. We didn’t have to pay but didn’t appreciate the inconsistent messaging

The rooms, restaurant, and staff were all amazing, the location is central to public transport and an easy trip to town, the on-site parking however with a first in first served policy and the fact that if you move during the day that you can lose your park is a fiasco, it spoilt the overall experience.

The room was clean and tidy and the right size for two people. All the staff were good. The breakfast hot/cold buffet had a good selection and was nice. Although our first hot breakfast was cold. We told the restaurant staff and we didn't have another cold breakfast.

Housekeeping entered our room at 9am with a single knock before they opened the door - we had only just woken up and didn’t appreciate the fact that they barely knocked. I understand they probably had the room mixed up with another one where the guests had checked out but this was frustrating.
