Nice view of the Auckland Sky Tower from our room. The mattress was rather soft and lumpy. The small refrigerator really did not chill things much. The staff was nice, and the breakfast was a nice addition.

Everything was great! The front desk staff was especially helpful. Nice that they have a luggage storage room to drop off luggage. Loved the location! Shakespeare’s Pub, just around the corner, had a friendly atmosphere and delicious fish & chips!
