Come unwind at your very own brand-new, architecturally designed, peaceful oasis. This guest house tucked in the back of a private property, surrounded by trees, will feel like you've escaped from the bustle of the city, while all of Ponsonby remains at your doorstep. The open plan lounge has a large smart tv, dining table to fit four and a comfy couch that extends to a king sized bed. It has a full chef kitchen with full sized appliances including induction stove top, full oven, full sized fridge, dish washer and lots of storage. The bathroom has an ample shower and heated towel rail. The bedroom has French doors that open to the deck and plush carpet for warmth and coziness. The gardens are newly designed and finished and yours to enjoy including a magical sunken fire pit for sitting by and star gazing! The huge covered deck has a swing seat and a big bean bag as well as lovely little table for sitting at with your morning coffee in the sun
