This location was very nice. The parking was easy and convenient but with a fee. The elevators were high tech, which I was not used to at all. The free breakfast was pretty good and simple. They had a fresh omelette station. Short drive to grocery stores, dining areas, and shopping. Only complaint is the mini fridge. We had full size everything in the kitchen but only got a mini fridge.

Hotel was very clean and safe. I liked that you couldn't either the building or the actual hotels rooms without swiping your room key-made it feel much more safe and secure. The free breakfast was ok, there wasn't a very big selection and I've honestly had better at a Holiday Inn but it was free so not complaining! Rooms were very good. If I'm being extra nit picky, the rolling door on the bathroom didn't offer much privacy and it didn't stay open and there wasn't a handle on the outside so that made it more challenging. Also, while I appreciate the efficiency of the cleaning staff, two separate people knocked on our door to ask if we were checking out that day so they could clean our room. We were sleeping the 2nd time so that was mildly irritating. All in all, we would definitely book here again! Great value for the price we paid!

Everything was fine with the exception of parking. The website says that free parking available, but once I’ve arrived, I had to pay $15 a day. Other than that the property is well kept and close to a lot of restaurants and shopping centers. . Will stay again possibly in the near future.

We stayed at the Hyatt House while our son had surgery at Northside Atlanta. Even though our reason for our stay was not pleasant the accommodations and convenience to the hospital was perfect. We were within walking distance and the complimentary snacks were a nice touch so we did not have to spend extra money at the hospital. The staff was helpful ant very courteous.

My husband was in the hospital next door and it was so convenient to go back and forth and rest in between visits. The lady making the omelets for breakfast was so sweet and so was the front desk staff. I am grateful the hotel was so close, clean and comfortable!
