The staff were very nice and welcoming. The place itself was very clean and the details like the toilet paper ending in a ribbon was so nice! However, it smelled like weed every day in our hallway and on Saturday night, the other people on the floor were noisy until 4 am. Again, very clean and the staff were so very kind.

While other reviews for this property are favorable, my experience was different. The hotel is older, and although there have been some renovations, it did not meet the standard I have come to expect from a Best Western. My family of three was placed in a ground-floor, exterior room. Unfortunately, the NO SMOKING policy seemed ineffective, as smoking guests simply stood outside their rooms. The air conditioning return pulled in the smell of both cigarettes and marijuana, which made its way into our room. This issue extended to breakfast as well, where the smell of smoke was very noticeable—our table was near the kitchen, and I assume someone was smoking just outside. On a positive note, the location is convenient. TRUIST Field is only a 5–10 minute drive depending on traffic, and the hotel sits in a quiet area away from busy roads. Overall, if you are simply looking for a place to shower and rest for a few hours, this property might work. However, for families, solo female travelers, or groups of women, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
