The room was nice, clean and prepared for our stay. Both beds were comfortable and the hot tub was great after a long day of travel from the U.S. Some improvement needs to be done in the main bathroom downstairs. The shower drained very slow and as a result, some water spilled over because the lip on the shower is not very big. And some additional hooks could be added into the bathroom so that you can hang your towels up as it is currently there is only one towel bar. Thank you for the bottled water!

This was the perfect place for our quick visit to Athens. It's a quick walk to all the sites, as well as groceries and restaurants. It’s also near the train for easy commute to the airport (1hr train).

We love the room. It was nice, spacious, and conveniently next to the metro station. There was a small elevator that helped us with our large luggage in this extreme heat. It was broken on the last day, so getting them down was rough, but part of the experience! They gave us free waters and beers to enjoy, and everything was nice and clean!

We loved our room and how clean spacious it was. We enjoyed the coffee-wish there was more. We didn’t enjoy some of the neighbouring buildings-abandoned buildings, etc.

The room was adequate but the kitchen facilities were bare bones: no cook top or oven; no pots or pans; no dish towels; only minimal dish ware; lighting was inadequate. Nespresso coffee maker made very small portions. There was a small refrigerator and microwave, however. The bathroom was similarly Spartan, but adequate. The Internet service was constantly cutting out and when it was connecting, it was very slow. The surrounding neighborhood was rundown and the view from the nice balcony was almost that of a war zone. There were very few coffee shops in the immediate area, and restaurants of any kind were nearly a mile away, except for one. The lack of onsight desk service was very awkward. Check in was difficult because the "pay at property" shown on Expedia is not possible since there is no desk service. Payment was online and only possible with a working phone and Internet service. (My phone ran out of power and I could not process a payment. Fortunately, the over-the-phone management were understanding and gave us access codes.) The Expedia description indicates that this property is a hotel. This is very misleading as the property is really a group of condos with no onsite desk/concierge services and the units have no cooking facilities as noted above. The description should be rewritten for greater accuracy and transparency.

Great concept - poorly executed

The accommodation is really good and excellent value for money. However the administration/management processes were poor. Despite being told i would receive an email with an access code, this did not arrive. Both telephone numbers i had for reception would not work. Another guest let us inside the building where we could call reception but the room nimber and entry code they gave us were wrong. Eventually we found the housekeeper who called reception for us and we gained access. The accommodation was great and only half an hour's walk from the Acropolis. Air conditioning and other guest noise in the stairwells/lifts was disturbing. Would recommend ear plugs. Reception did manage to book us a cab to the airport for a 4am start, which we were grateful for.
