Underwhelming stay in Athens

Communication was adequate at the begining of the trip but lack of response after we starting encountering issues, broken water electric kettle, unstable wifi, etc. The apartment in is a residential area close to the metro. Amenities in apartment can use a referesher including leaky washing machine.
