Amazing Attention to Detail

This hotel is top notch. The Details were beautiful and the quality was top notch. It had a very luxurious feel. Staff was very friendly. The only negative was the very loud train around 4:30 am. There was a noise machine to use to help with this, but we didn't take it seriously. I recommend using the noise machine. I would definitely stay her agaoin.

Did not know there was a train that runs right by the hotel! The room provides a sound/white noise machine so I turned that on. Luckily I was so tired I fell asleep and slept through the night, but the train was very loud before that point. Staff at checkin was fantastic. Room was beautiful. Wish that the self park area was closer so as a result I opted for the expensive valet option.

Great, romantic ambience throughout this restored industrial property that has been remodeled into a posh modern resort-feel getaway. Accommodation quality is excellent. Immediate surrounding area is lacking. There is a railway that passes immediately behind the property. Would stay again.

The employees at the property, especially the general manager, are so helpful. The room design is one of the nicest I’ve seen. So thoughtful and cozy. It felt like a retreat. The restaurant in the hotel is one of the best I’ve ever eaten at, and I am from foodie cities. We were very impressed.

Developers have prioritized aesthetics over function. While some aspects were mere inconveniences - no closet with hangers, only wall hooks, shower that doesn’t drain well, when I have to crawl on all fours to find the plug under the sink to dry my hair, I reach my limit for aesthetics.

Really liked many of the amenities --- robes, steamer, really good hairdryer! I think tea bags and hot water should be available in rooms...I also found the place loud - with peoples voices out on the patio area into the night and the train coming thru a couple times at night. I also felt although close to UGA, we didn't get a UGA feel and would have preferred to be closer to campus. Also, should figure out a way not to pay for parking via Valet
