I only encountered 4 different members of staff here but all of them were so friendly, helpful and very genuine. The hotel itself, the location is it's main strength, you couldn't get a better location. Our room, it was spotlessly clean, very large, very comfortable and so many little additional things, such as robes, slippers, eye masks, all the toiletries you can imagine.

This hotel is walking distance to areas of interest and sightseeing . It is clean , ease of check in as a personnel was already waiting for us. There is no staff or lobby . It works like a private a residence . It was clean and comfortable with a wrap around terrace in our room overlooking the streets.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Athens and had an excellent experience. The location couldn’t be more convenient—right in the city center, making it easy to explore major attractions, restaurants, and shops on foot. The room was surprisingly spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. What stood out most was the friendly and attentive customer service; every staff member I interacted with was warm, helpful, and genuinely welcoming especially Thanos! Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Athens.

The room with the roof top deck and hot tub is fabulous. Beautiful views. Location is walking distance to everything. Don't try to drive and park here. Super narrow streets and lots of pedestrians. Check in is a little weird - you check in at the gelato shop downstairs, but otherwise great stay. Thanks!

We could not have picked a better hotel and location! The manager at the hotel was wonderful and very accommodating and totally took care of us as far as where to go and what to do and then took care of our transportation to the airport on the last day. The area was outstanding as it was an easy walk in any direction to get to restaurants and shopping and also you are right at the base of the acropolis. When we go back, we will definitely stay at the same place.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Plaka Arch Suites! From the moment we arrived, the host, Mr. Thanos was amazing — so friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. Communication was top-notch the entire time, and he even helped us organize a ride to the cruise port on a day when there was a national strike. He also facilitated the return of a very sentimental item that we had left at the hotel. Truly an exceptional host that went above and beyond! The accommodation was large, spotless, and super comfortable, with all the little extras like toiletries in case you forgot something. Breakfast was great too — lots of fresh and tasty options to choose from. The location couldn’t have been better — walking distance to the Acropolis and historic sites, close to great restaurants, shopping, and the Hop On/Off buses. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Athens. Highly recommend the Plaka area and this hotel to anyone visiting this beautiful city!
