We were in Athens for a sailing event so the location to the yacht club and beaches was perfect. The neighborhood was very nice with plenty of restaurants and markets close by. It was easy to get to the acropolis and city center by bus or uber/taxi, but it can take 30-45 minutes so you need to plan for the commute. We were late for a bus pick up for a day trip by 20 minutes because the traffic was very heavy that morning. (They did call and wait for us). The large deck and views (not a complete full view of the waterfront because there is a building blocking part of it) were amazing and the 2 bedrooms, 2 baths were perfect for us with 2 teenage kids. The hosts were available at any time if I called them and were very helpful when we had issues with the lock box. Compared to prices of other apartments in the neighborhood, this was the highest. But we splurged for the week because of the deck, the space and the location. It was worth it!
