The space
The house is designed for your comfort, whether it's the fantastic retreat in summer or the cozy haven in winter. The sunlight fills the place all day, giving it a special glow.

It can host a maximum of eight guests, with three double bedrooms and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The primary floor features a bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom, while the two bedrooms share access to a spacious bathroom upstairs.

The living room is open and comfy, especially with the fireplace in the winter. A dining area on the patio for eight is next to a well-equipped kitchen. Outside, there's a big table in the shade for memorable meals. There's also a cozy corner for breakfast or a fresh lunch.

Stay comfortable all year with AC and heating in every room. You have full access to the house, pool, and garden. Take a dip in the private pool or relax on the deck. There's also a patio with a dining area, BBQ, and a bar for your enjoyment.

Just a quick 5-minute walk and you'll be at the sea. You're in Varkiza, where there's a lively fish market with fresh catches daily. The promenade by the bay is lined with restaurants, bars, and cafes. Sandy beaches are nearby for sunny days.
