Position,staff very helpful,quiet,clean.We could walk to all the attractions.Close to railway and bus stations.Lots of cafes and restaurants close by.

Central Athens walking distance to most things caf
Pros:Staff, location, breakfast veiw, cleanliness
Cons:The third bed in our room took up preciou space
Location:Location central Athens. Close to all amenities, shopping, entertainment & lots of sight seeing activities
The guys who run the hotel are helpful & chatty. All staff are very nice. Good quality budget hotel. Small twin room but clean & comfortable. Great location.

We booked this hotel very last minute (we needed a hotel in Athens as we couldn't travel to Turkey). We booked online and barely looked at what we would be experiencing at our hotel. We arrived and were instantly satisfied.
Although we arrived 7 hours before checkin, they let us have a room straight away without any additional cost. The room was basic, but clean. Our room had a balcony that had street and church views.
Staff were super friendly & helpful in terms of giving directions, having a friendly conversation and ordering us taxis that they could monitor via an app (so we wouldn't be ripped off!)
The lady who made us breakfast was also very friendly. The breakfast was delicious (homemade peach marmalade!) & we had a view of the Acropolis!
We were both surprised that this hotel is only 2 star, we were received better at Metropolis than any other hotel in Europe in 5 weeks. It is also in walking distance from main tourist attractions, great shopping and great restaurants.
I highly recommend this hotel!
