The property is very clean, nice, safe and had all the amenities i require and laundry was a nice to have, though I did not use it. All the Athens attractions was within walking distance; there was also so much dining options, bakeries and supermarkets nearby. Overall I would recommend this property, totally wonderful and staff is very helpful and friendly! Excellent place to stay within Athens!

We selected this hotel for a layover from a cruise. Every popular place for cruiser. The email with information about the area was very helpful. Many restaurants within walking distance. The hop on hop off bus stop #3 within walking distance.

The kitchen essentials were bare minimum. No bowls whatsoever: not for cooking, not for eating. Make soup at night and plan on drinking it out of a coffee cup. Make cereal and plan on eating it out of a drinking glass. Absolutely no spices, meaning not even salt and pepper! Who wants to buy that just to cook a couple of eggs. Also the entire apartment was like a Greek history high school classroom. Sayings about obscure Greek places plastered everywhere on the walls, mirrors, everywhere you looked. Totally boring. Would have been better to just have tasteful Greek paintings.

This property was within walking distance of all major points in Athens. The owners helped us book an early morning cab to the airport, we were able to easily store our luggage and toom was comfortable and very clean.

Our family of 4 (2 adults 2 teens) stayed here for 1 night on 6/17/25. This was a very clean and spacious apartment. Plenty of room for everyone and very close to the Acropolis and restaurants. The host communicated everything in advance, and it was a great stay for our first night in Greece. Highly recommend.

As the property name says it all Great Living is probably an understatement Yannis was a great host the room was immaculate modern and with all the amenities you would want in an apartment style setting apart from the front door slamming from other guests as we were ground floor the noise from the surrounding neighbourhood was low if that. We would recommended this property and are planning another trip in the near future and definitely will be back to stay.

The owner was very nice and gave helpful instructions. Free laundry facilities to use between 4 pm - midnight. Apartment was located in safe neighborhood, close to Acropolis. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Living Koukaki is clean and well kept. We arrived early and our room was ready. Instructions to access our room were clear and provided to us prior to our arrival however a staff member was there to greet us when we arrived. There are many dining options in the area and the Acropolis is just a short walk from the hotel. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
