Welcome to the Athenian Riviera! The comfortable 48 sqm apartment is located within walking distance from the main square and Vouliagmeni beach. You choose it for the privacy and quiet it offers, whether you want to work from here or spend free time near the sea. Swimming at the countless nearby beaches with wonderful waters, sailing, walks on the green peninsula, sunsets on the Saronic. And a starting point for excursions to all of Attica and the rest of the country.
The space
What makes the apartment special is its private green garden with furniture and barbecue. An ideal place to enjoy a delicious breakfast before your excursions and for moments of relaxation when you return from them. It has a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe and a spacious single living room with a sofa that becomes a double or two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped. The dining room can also be comfortably used as an office with the help of an office chair. There is also a luggage storage area.
