We were given a handicapped room even though we didn't request it. The bar in the closet for hanging clothes was low for handicapped. My wife had a long dress and wasn't happy with the situation. She went to the front desk and asked for a non handicapped room. She said they were full and couldn't do that. This was an hour before check-in time and the parking lot wasn't even half full.

Tosha was at the desk when i got there , she was AMAZING… helped me out in every way , went out of her way to be nice and i had a problem with the remote to our room, she fixed it Immediately herself … SUPER Good employee!! she is a asset to your hotel! you should give her a raise!!
