You will be mere blocks from Foley Field (baseball), Stegeman Coliseum (basketball and gymnastics) and Magill Tennis Complex. Walk to Five Points for local restaurants, Earth Fare grocery store and many shops. Downtown Athens is a short ride away. Covered off-street parking for 2 cars. Nice outdoor area to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. Relax in the spacious living area with cable TV and WiFi included. Kitchen area includes a refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster oven and coffee bar. Two comfortable bedrooms (king bed and queen bed) with a full bath - all linens and towels provided along with shampoo, conditioner and body soap.

We have been renting through VRBO for four years while our son was at UGA. This apartment was by far the best value and location, within walking distance to the school, stadiums and downtown. The host, Beth, was extremely accommodating and responsive to all of our questions and requests. The apartment itself is very cozy and welcoming. It was a wonderful way to end our visits to Athens, GA!
