The hotel and room was clean. The staff was polite when you could find someone. On 3 different occasions we went to the front desk (check in, question and then check out) and all 3 times no staff was available and we waited more than 10 minutes until someone came from another part of the hotel at check in time. There was several of us waiting and we all commented on the lack of personnel available to check us in. Also, really didn’t like that we had to scan a QR code to pay for parking. Would have been much more convenient to have it just added to our bill or better yet don’t charge for parking.

Room was great and clean, Comp breakfast was fresh lots of options area very clean. Fee for pets was high. We had to pay for parking!! This was not a downtown location. Because of all the extra charges we will not stay there again.

The room hadn’t properly been cleaned to remove the animal hair and smell. I was assured they were deep cleaned but it wasn’t and I had a severe allergy attack I ended up losing my voice from coughing so long .
