This inviting 1,130-square-foot apartment offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and mountain charm. Ideally situated on the top floor, it’s just steps from downtown Aspen and all the excitement the town has to offer — and it’s dog friendly, so your four-legged family members can join the adventure too.
Upon entering, you’ll find a bedroom on each side of the hallway. The primary suite features a king-size bed and an updated ensuite bathroom, while the guest bedroom includes two twin beds, that can be converted to a king upon request, and easy access to the second bathroom located off the hallway.
At the end of the hall, the space opens to a cozy living and dining area with a wood-burning fireplace — perfect for relaxing after a day on the mountain. Step out onto the balcony, fire up the grill, and enjoy dinner around the dining table with seating for four.

Great condo and location
The location of the Aspen Alps is wonderful. You can easily walk anywhere downtown, are right by the City Market, and are right up against the mountain. I used the gym and Sauna a few times and had it all to myself, which was a great bonus for me. Nothing like some much needed mountain healing. Highly recommend!
